Diane has been given the coveted Realtor-Associate of the Year by the Berkeley Association of Realtors for both her performance as an agent and her service to the community. Her Certified Residential Specialist designation is the PhD of Real Estate, awarded to fewer than 4% of all Realtors nationwide and Diane is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, offering clients relevant information on current trends in senior real estate transactions.

Her contagious laughter lightens any situation. A third-generation native of San Francisco, she's the daughter of a popular San Francisco State football coach who later became a politician. She remembers the wild sand dunes in the middle of the Pacific Highway, the Fun House at "Playland" at Ocean Beach, and can still be tempted by an "It's It". For much of her working life she was a single parent. She's a world-traveler and serves on the Board of Directors of Berkeley's Aurora Theatre Company. A resident of Berkeley since 1968, she has intimate knowledge of its every neighborhood.

Diane's expertise in real estate is both deep and broad.

Diane came to The Grubb Company after years with some of the area's most prominent real estate companies. And she has commercial property experience as well. She was a Project Manager for a shopping center developer, responsible for eight centers in three states. She also developed branch sites for a local savings and loan.

For nearly three decades, Diane has been known for her extraordinary commitment to her clients, her straight talk, and her thorough, professional handling of transactions as well as for her warmth and good humor. She is truly a master at helping people achieve their real estate goals.
